BOARDS
As one of the largest suppliers of scaffold boards in the UK,
Cape offers both high quality Grade A Select and Kite marked boards
to BS2482.
Boards are banded at each end and can be supplied to fire resistant
standards if required. The standard scaffold board is 225mm x
38mm and is available in lengths of 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.4m, 3.0m and
3.9m.
 SCAFFOLD
TUBE
Cape is one of the largest suppliers of scaffold tube in the UK,
providing galvanised or aluminium tube. Galvanised Tubes are available
in lengths up to 6.4m. Manufactured to EN39 and ramped, the
tube is 48.3mm OD with a wall thickness of 4mm. Galvanised putlogs
in 1.5m and 1.8m lengths are also available.
Scaffold Fittings
The Scaffold Fittings offered by Cape are manufactured to
Quality Assurance Standard ISO 9000 and comply with BS 1139 EN
74 section 2: 1982 to ensure safety and quality. Backed by British
manufacture the fittings offer full traceability, providing the
user with total peace of mind.
Cape’s range of quality pressed steel fittings have a unique
self aligning T Bolt. It locates when the nut is tightened and
is stronger, with a greater load bearing capability.
